Responsibilities

Community Engagement Campaigns:

• Plan, develop, and execute campaigns aimed at promoting regional unity, peace, and sustainability.
• Create and manage community events that address local issues and raise awareness about cultural and environmental topics.
• Design and implement social media campaigns that encourage positive engagement and cultural appreciation.

Countering Radicalism and Promoting Peace:

• Develop and promote initiatives to counter radicalism and divisiveness, focusing on building a sense of togetherness and cooperation among the people of Jammu & Kashmir and PoK.
• Work closely with the content and social media teams to raise awareness about the importance of peace, harmony, and unity in the region.

Cultural & Educational Awareness:

• Promote the rich culture, languages, and traditions of Jammu & Kashmir through content, events, and collaborations.
• Design campaigns that focus on education and skill development, providing resources for local communities.

Collaborative Projects:

• Work with local NGOs, educational institutions, and community leaders to design and implement impactful initiatives.
• Assist in building relationships with potential partners for joint projects that aim to uplift the region.

Monitoring & Reporting:

• Track the effectiveness of community campaigns, analyze feedback, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Report on the progress of ongoing campaigns and provide insights to the team for improvements.

Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Basic knowledge of content creation, including writing, design, and multimedia.

Soft Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with a variety of audiences.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment.
• Passion for community development, unity, and promoting social good.

Additional Requirements:

• Familiarity with the culture, issues, and community dynamics of Jammu & Kashmir is a plus.
• Previous experience in community outreach, advocacy, or event management is desirable but not required.
